  • Last year (New Year 2026) a traffic order published in the Royal Gazette closed six roads around CentralWorld to vehicles, including Ratchadamri, Rama I, Phloen Chit, Ratchaprarop and Phetchaburi: Ratchadamri between Pratunam and Ratchaprasong from noon on 31 December to 5 am, the others from 4 pm to 2 am.
  • The Ministry of Transport and the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand announced that all four MRT lines would run until 2 am on New Year's Eve 2025.
  • The Tourism Authority of Thailand said last year that the Royal Thai Police and the Tourist Police would be deployed to manage crowds and assist travellers at key countdown sites.
